It's one of my best friends, Pete Slattery.
I gave Pete the TNG season 1 costume, because he wore one for halloween once and it's one of my favourite photos ever.
We have a stag this weekend and I can't wait for it. (Haven't seen Pete and the lads in ages.)

(gonna probably have another stab at this again, think it's close... but needs a little fix, maybe. Just wanted to get it posted before the stag!)
