What drives me mad is that Paul also draws caricatures and I can't seem to nail a final version of him.

Gill!

 So... I've finally gotten round to posting this one!

Gillian Comerford!!!

Gill is one of my best friends in Boulder. 

And this is probably gonna be my biggest "monday mate" post. I've drawn a lot of "Gills". Back in 2007 we did a team building exercise in work where we were to make a "top trumps" card of a person in work. I got Gill in the draw. Think the final drawing, the one above, is probably one of my best!

Challenge and a half!!! - gave myself a 10 min limit on this drawing. It's ment to be George Bailey from It a wonderful life. If you can believe it, I have never sat down and watched the whole movie in one go.

It just got added to my "to watch" list.

Had a debate with my good friends Fran and Tom the other night. About favourite super-heroes... I really do think as an artist, most of us literally illustrate our love through our art. Your favourite character is often the one you draw the most. And with that in mind. I drew this today.
